I have twenty years of experience and education as a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and became a Certified Hypnotherapist in 2021, graduating from Molloy College and New York Hypnosis Training Center. I became interested in Psychiatry by entering the back door.... Following the birth of our middle child I discovered my time honored juggling act was missing the bar. It was then I found a group of women in my neighborhood who met weekly to practice Meditation. I knew nothing about Meditation but I was curious. Gradually, with the commitment to practicing Meditation a new door of thought opened. I became aware that people were capable and could initiate their healing on a myriad of levels, mind, body and spirit with guidance and support. That called me to return to school to complete a Masters as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I have worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with men and women who are professionals, women with young children, empty nesters and those facing health challenges. I use the strengths of Western and Eastern healing modalities which incorporate both holistic and integrative approaches. The benefits of this process will enhance your mind, emotions, body and spirit to achieve your goal in healing.
