In providing workshops here at OPT is to offer you an opportunity to experience topics you may be hearing for the first time or may have thought about but never the opportunity to explore.
All our workshops are meant to inspire and demystify all that is possible and can be practiced in your everyday life. Our workshop offerings are structured to be in person (unless otherwise noted), intimate in size and affordable.

What You Will Learn and Experience:
- June 20 - SUMMER SOLSTICE- Join us to set your intensions for the summer season by bathing in the warm vibes through this unique sand bath and meditation (honoring the solstice).
- July 25 OCEANSCAPE.- Experience the ocean breeze through this immersive sound bath taking you on a journey into the depths of relaxation & meditation. A can't miss experience!
- August 22 Whoa, Slow Down. BREATHE, the Summers Not Over Experience! A great opportunity to recharge by incorporating Breath Work, Sound Bowls and Mediation.
- These experiences are an invitation to unplug from the external distractions and influences by providing an opportunity to naturally rest, relax, restore and go inward.
- Each experience ends with a brief yet meaningful opportunity to share and invitation to listen to others experience of immersion/meditation and to ask questions.
